Hey there, future lords and ladies! Welcome to RogerRoger, —a medieval mobile real-time strategy (RTS) game where you’ll forge empires, lead armies, and battle it out with 50-100 players on one massive map. Knights clashing, castles rising, and sneaky sieges—all in the palm of your hand. I built Oilybeard, a medieval browser game, and now I’m bringing that gritty strategy to mobile with RogerRoger.
You’re a medieval commander in a sprawling kingdom. You start with a humble village—some huts and a gold mine. You’ll gather resources (gold, wood, stone), build barracks and blacksmiths, and train knights, archers, and siege engines. Your goal? Dominate the map by forging alliances or crushing rivals. It’s inspired by classics like Command & Conquer but with a medieval twist—think Oilybeard’s teamwork and real-time battles, shrunk down for your phone.
New to Command & Conquer? A fast-paced game where you’re the boss of a war machine, gathering resources like gold or ore to build bases and churn out armies—tanks, soldiers, whatever it takes. You click to send them charging into battle, defending your turf or smashing the enemy’s, all in real time with no waiting around. For RogerRoger, swap the sci-fi tanks for medieval might: you’ll mine gold and chop wood to raise castles and blacksmiths, then train knights and archers to raid rival villages or guard your walls. It’s you versus up to 100 others, plotting moves on a giant map—build fast, fight smart, and rule the kingdom!
This is a world where your strategy decides who wears the crown. I’m using the old-school genius of Red Alert to make something fresh.
These are my goals.
